This alphabet print was inspired by the mother of all comfort blankets - a beautiful old patchwork quilt my mum used to wrap me up in when I was feeling poorly. Many a rainy afternoon was whiled away studying the pretty prints or searching for favourites.
We've tried to capture the texture and feel of cloth using close up photographs of vintage fabrics to create a home-spun patchwork effect alphabet which will add a cosy touch to a nursery or child's bedroom.
